New Hearth's Downtown is dotted with apartment complexes, each offering stable housing for Trainers who want to have a home to come back to... along with the thousands of average joes whose work keeps the world running. If you happen to be one of those trainers interested in having a place to rest your head whenever you come back from your journeys, this is one of the best places - New Hearth is a beautiful town and despite how busy it is, the inner city is full of excitement and sights to see.
Now, monitoring mortgages and such isn't something a lot of people find "fun," so rather than having to pay rent, you just buy an apartment at a cost depending on its size. A small apartment costs £600, a moderately-sized apartment will run you £800, and you'll need £1100 for a large apartment. Obviously, apartments are enough to live relatively comfortably, but they aren't a house.
An apartment comes with a PokeNET terminal, so you can swap out Pokemon from your box right from the convenience of your own home. Beyond that, it's as nice as you want it to be.
Once you buy an apartment, you get your own thread! Be certain to describe it well and voila, you've got your own piece of real estate.
