This is where the majority of house-owning New Hearthian citizens make their home, and capitalizing on the convenience, a number of grocery stores, pharmacies and, yes, Pokemarts have opened up in the area. Clothing chains and other small businesses also litter the area in between housing blocs.

Slightly grungier than is typical of New Hearth, the Industrial sector features a Power Plant, which helps supply the city with power in addition to extra power shipped up from Olbregin, as well as a number of factories. Wandering around in the alleys around here occasionally sees you encountering a wild Electric or Poison-type Pokemon, which is generally relatively weak. This means that normal people avoid the alleys, but Trainers tend to go alley-wandering and usually get themselves lost completely, but come out with a new team member.
