If you want to Affiliate with the Slate region, just post a thread here. Like the board description says, non-members can post threads here, so you don't even need to sign up if you aren't actually interested in playing. Once you've posted, it shouldn't take very long for us to come to a consensus, and you'll get a reply in the thread on whether we want to affiliate or not. Most often, it'll be yes, so don't be shy!
