Route 225

The second, and slightly less common proving ground for new Trainers is the winding Route 225, which takes you around the peaks of the Bouldercrag Mountains, a less-than-hospitable mountain range, as the name suggests. The path is rocky at times, and for the first leg leads through scrub-land which is perfect for finding Flying, Rock and Ground type Pokemon. The second leg, however, takes you through a thick, ancient forest that dominates the northern coast, which is filled with Bug, Grass and Psychic pokemon of a bit higher strength.
Connects to the North-Western Circuit via Firebug City.
