The beachfront property here is as desired as beachfront property is anywhere, but holds the distinctive honor of featuring the occasional deal for those willing to look. While those are almost invariably smaller, more humble houses than the grandiose oceanside manors most people envision, they're still at least as comfortable as high-quality housing elsewhere in the city, with the added benefit of a view of the sea.
Housing is, like everywhere else in Slate, available for a one-time payment, but buying a beachfront house is a considerable investiture of money and most certainly out of reach of trainers still early in their career.
A smaller, but very comfortable house on the beach in New Hearth will run you about £14000, while proper, Beverly Hills-quality housing carries the heavier price of £25000. An actual estate the sort with three floors and an actual theatre in the basement sits around £50000.
Like anywhere else, once you own a property, you're free to make a location thread of your own describing your little piece of shelter from the world. Naturally, the size and quality of the property you bought should factor into your description, but other than that you're free to describe things as you will.
